Childhood Revisited

Childhood revisted
Sure, you turned out pretty good, but is there anything you
wish had been different about your childhood? If you have
kids, is there anything you wish were different for them?

There are actually many things I would change about my childhood. I believe if my upbringing was different, I could have turned out a lot different and perhaps for the better. Although it took me a while to get to where I am today, I believe I could have got here a lot quicker.

For example, had I got the training when I was younger, I could have become a professional footballer. Now this isn’t about making a lot of money and becoming famous although that would be a bonus but this would be about joining Arsenal F.C. and helping them win more titles. This would allow me to boast in front of everyone who currently disgraces my team and this would allow my build my self-esteem and win every social argument in regards to football.

Confidence is vital in life and this would allow me to become my confident self.

I would also attend other classes to gain more skills so I would become a multi-talented individual. These would include; dancing, vocal training, guitar lessons, drum lessons, violin lessons, archery, coding, boxing… Maybe even piano lessons.

But the most important thing I would change is my introduction to the anime, manga and blogging. I only fell into this world when I was 18 and only started a little earlier and that was mostly online roleplaying.

Anime

That’s what I will change for my children. Teach them anything they want to learn from a young age and introduce them to anime and manga; watch the classics with them. Introduce them to the world of reading and writing, making them fall in love with learning.
